In order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, Chowan Animal Hospital and Paradise Pet Resort will no longer allow clients to enter our facilities. On 3/21/20, we instituted a curbside service only policy. Clients can continue to schedule appointments for surgeries, boarding, sick and wellness exams. When you arrive at our facility, please ring the doorbell at the front door. Our staff will meet you in the parking lot and bring your pets inside for any service you have requested. After examination, a veterinarian will call you to discuss exam findings and treatment recommendations. The medications will be delivered to your car and payment can be taken inside by our staff for processing. If you only need to pick up medications, food or other items please call us two hours prior and we will have the items ready when you arrive. These added steps may increase the amount of time you have to spend at our facility. If you are cramped for time, you can leave your pets here and come back later once all services are complete.
